Regardless of the price of the product purchased by our consumer, since our consumer has any problems with the product that are covered by the warranty, it is sufficient to call our 08503083901 Consumer Hotline or Whatsapp Communication Line 08503083901 and follow the directions. After this process, you can send your product to the nearest MNG cargo branch via our company’s account number 625903285 and receive your product by going to the same cargo branch in working condition within 20 working days.
Products whose problems are not solved within 20 working days are replaced with a new, equivalent and/or higher model. In this whole process, no fee is charged from our consumers.
The service warranty period of the product starts after the MNG Cargo product is delivered to the MirKraft Factory.
