The BUYER has the right to withdraw within 7 days from the delivery of the product subject to the contract to him or to the person/organization at the address indicated.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the SELLER must be notified by fax, e-mail or telephone within this period and the product must not be used within the framework of the provisions of Article 6.
If this right is exercised, it is obligatory to return the copy of the cargo delivery report and the original invoice indicating that the product delivered to the 3rd party or the BUYER has been sent to the SELLER.
The product price is returned to the BUYER within 7 working days following the receipt of these documents.
If the original invoice is not sent, VAT and other legal obligations, if any, cannot be refunded.
The shipping cost of the product returned due to the right of withdrawal is borne by the BUYER.
Attention: Be sure to provide your order number in any communication regarding your order. Sold products cannot be returned except under the following conditions.
1. In case the product sold (*) is faulty,
2. In the event that the shipment is damaged during the transportation arising from the cargo company (**) and this damage is determined and the product is not received by the buyer, the damage is compensated by us.
For the acceptance of your request;
If the invoice is issued in your name and you are not a taxpayer, our invoice and waybill issued to you; If you are a taxpayer or have your order invoice issued to your company, your invoice and delivery note for the product(s) you are returning must be sent with the products.
The return process must be initiated within two days of the delivery date.
Returned items must be sent back with the company used in the delivery.
After evaluating the reason for the return, the problematic products will be replaced with new ones if they comply with the conditions listed above. In such a case, all costs of the return and resend stages are borne by us.
If the return of the product does not comply with the above conditions, all costs in the return request process are borne by the customer personally.
(*) Problems with products (Problems that are not noticeable during delivery are included in this scope)
(**) In case of problems arising from the delivery company; Damaged packages should not be received and a report should be kept with the delivery company. If the representative of the delivery company thinks that the package is not damaged, you have the right to open the package and check that the products are delivered undamaged and to request that the situation be determined with a report. However, after the package is received by you, it is deemed that the delivery company has done its job properly. If the package has not been accepted and a report has been kept, the situation should be reported to us as soon as possible with the copy of the report that you have left. We will ensure that a new and healthy delivery takes place as soon as possible.
